For our services we sometimes need information. How we handle this information is described in this Privacy Statement.

PrioCom processes personal data and other data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Dutch AVG). We treat personal data and data confidentially and carefully for our own organization. We do not provide personal data to third parties without prior permission.


This Privacy Statement applies to the processing of data obtained from our services, visits to and use of our website and through other contact moments with our organization. Below we describe what we do with your data.

Visit our website

On our website at the domain you can find information about our organization, services, our partners, our certifications, references, our open vacancies and the latest news.

We use cookies on, among other things. Cookies are small text files that are placed on a PC, tablet or mobile phone by an internet page. These cookies are used to improve the functioning of our website and to monitor web visits. We only use this data in an aggregated way and cannot trace it back to a PC or individual. You can of course also disable the use of cookies.

Contact our sales department

Every day our colleagues are ready to help you, answer your questions and follow up your requests. You can reach PrioCom in different ways, namely by telephone, by e-mail and via a form on our website.

If you have a question or complaint or want to make a request with us, then we need some information from you. Think of your name, your company name, your e-mail address, your telephone number and other information that is required to handle your (application) request or complaint. We also use this information to keep you informed of the status of your (request) or complaint.

We record this data for a maximum of 10 years in our CRM system.

Participate in a customer satisfaction survey

We conduct a customer satisfaction survey among all our customers to find out in which areas we can optimize our services. As a valued customer, you have an important role to play in this. We can serve you even better with your input. We would also like to know whether the improvements made as a result of the previous customer satisfaction survey are noticeable for you as a customer.

The customer satisfaction survey is conducted by research agency Integron. At the end of the online survey, you will be asked if your personal results can be returned to us by name. If you object to this, your data will be treated anonymously. Integron handles this information with the utmost care. When you indicate that your data can be fed back by name, you enable us to implement targeted improvement actions up to the customer level.

The results of the customer satisfaction surveys are stored by us for a maximum of 5 years.

Participate in a PrioCom event

We regularly organize events for which customers and suppliers are invited.

From an organizational point of view, it is important for us to know who is participating in these events. We can provide you with information about the program and location and we can send you a reminder just before the event. That is why we need certain data from you to participate in an event, such as your name, your position and your preferences with regard to possible workshops during the event.

In addition, in connection with evaluation and follow-up, it can be very interesting for us to find out how you experienced the event and in which solutions or services you have shown an interest.

We record this data for a maximum of 10 years in our CRM system.

Use of our Wi-Fi network

During a visit to our building you can use our Wi-Fi for free. Once you are logged in to our Wi-Fi network, data is automatically collected, such as the identification number (MAC address) of your device. We only use this data to prevent abuse. If illegal activities take place from our WiFi network, then we can block the access of the device with which you use our WiFi network. The retention period for the data that we collect is a maximum of one year (or shorter if the maximum capacity has been reached).


We send mailings about (new) products, solutions and services, developments within our organization and rate changes to our partners. We also send invitations to events that we organize ourselves and to events in which we participate as PrioCom. We only send these mailings to those prospects and customers for whom this information or the event (in our opinion) is relevant. For example, because they are active in a certain industry.

Customers are automatically registered in our CRM system for our mailings. For prospects, this applies proactively by us. In every mailing that partners receive from us, there is a possibility to unsubscribe from receiving our mailings.

Push-to-talk service

With our Push-to-Talk service you can communicate locally, regionally or nationally. Always and everywhere, with high availability. Together with a PrioCom sim, we offer our customers, via the T-Mobile network, critical communication as a service, on a temporary and long-term basis.

We record a number of personal details of the users of this service, namely the user-name, the IP address and the business mobile telephone number. This data is retained for the duration of the agreement. After the contract expires, the contract details are stored in our financial administration for 7 years; the personal data will be deleted within 7 days.

Smart devices

With regard to smart devices, we record a number of personal data of users, namely the user-name, the business telephone number and e-mail address. This data is retained for the duration of the lease for the smart devices. After the contract expires, the contract details are stored in our financial administration for 7 years; the personal data will be deleted within 7 days.

Social media

We use social media to keep you informed of, among other things, our latest communication solutions and services, our vacancies and developments at our partners. You can follow us on LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.

PrioCom has no conditions attached to the use of social media. You agree to the terms and conditions of the social media platform.

Apply at PrioCom

We save the application data of our applicants for a maximum of four weeks, counting from the end date of the application period. During these weeks the applications are saved in the e-mail box of our HR department. The applications are also placed temporarily on a secure folder on our server and shared with the relevant Manager.
